DIGITAL PATHOLOGY
Digitization of pathology data has provided a window for faster, more reproducible, and more accurate diagnosis through computer image analysis.
Rayan Tasvire Kavosh Vorna company has started its work in 2018 with the aim of improving technical knowledge and localization of intelligent processing systems in various fields of image processing and machine vision in all fields such as, agriculture, mining, electrical and computer engineering and especially biomedical engineering. The company was previously active in the form of a research core consisting of a number of graduate students working in the fields of image processing, network security, design and deployment of website and launching small startups.
Since 2016, this core has started its activities in the ICT Development center of Urmia University, which with the expanding of the field of activities and projects carried out, as well as the addition of two faculty members of Urmia University, decided to establish a limited liability company using the facilities of the Science and Technology Park of the province to develop the group's activities with greater cohesion and and to be able to participate in major national and international projects. The result of this decision was the birth of Retko Company, which was registered by the grace of God in May 2018 with the register number 17338. We hope that with the help of God and relying on the expertise and perseverance of the university youth, we will be able to take important steps in the development of AI-based projects in various areas of image processing and machine vision, as well as the launch of successful and creative startups

Image analysis in breast tumor histopathology promises to improve breast cancer diagnosis and help pathologists reduce time-consuming tasks such as biomarker evaluation.
Due to advances in deep learning, the speed of implementation and clinical value of AI has increased significantly. Artificial intelligence plays an important role in mammography at all stages - from image production, cancer diagnosis to finally, treatment choices and outcome predictions.
Artificial intelligence (AI) has the ability to improve accuracy and diagnostic management in patients with lung disease through automatic diagnosis, quantification, classification and prediction of disease progression.
